Are there other events scheduled on the same day?

Lewallen Farms wants you and your guests to be our main priority. With that being said, we do not allow multiple events on the same day.

Am I allowed to bring my fur baby?

Lewallen Farms would not have it any other way! Fur babies are a big part of the family and should not be left out of the wedding!

Is your area handicap accessible?

Our ceremony and reception area are fully accessible for handicapped guests.

Do you host weddings all through the year?

Yes! Lewallen Farms is open year-round for weddings and events!

Is your venue climate controlled?

Yes, our reception area is equipped with central heating and air. We also have a large fireplace to be used during winter months.

Do you allow outside vendors?

We do allow our Brides to bring in outside vendors with the choice of the venue only option.

What time do we have access to the Farm?

You will have access to the farm from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Music is required to be muted at 11:00 PM and all guests have to be off the property by Midnight.

What is needed to reserve a date?

To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is due along with the signed contract. The balance is due 30 days out from the wedding/event date.

In the event that we cancel our Wedding or Event will the deposit we have paid be refunded?

In the event that you cancel your wedding or event all monies paid will not be refunded. They can be transferred to a new available date.

How many guests can your event space hold?

Our event space can hold up to 200 guests.
